I would like to preface this letter by saying that I have never before taken the time to send a letter to any person or company, but I was so impressed with the service I received from you and your associates at BLUE, that I had to let any future customers of yours know how happy I was with my experience.

The entire renovation experience was made easier by your consistent comment of yes, we can do that, no matter what the task. Our project, at times, required some problem solving. You were always willing to engage in conversation and research alternatives. You were responsive and easily contacted by voice or email. The team you worked with was tremendous, their attention to detail and the skill that was required to paint exciting faux finishes was both exciting and inspirational to watch as the job progressed.

I made decisions on the run and you were so accommodating. In short, it was a pleasure. I wish you every success with all future projects.
