Fundamentals of Decorating & Design

What makes a good room great? How do you balance scale and proportion? How do you put together a pleasing colour scheme? The answers to these and many more decorating questions will be explored in this interactive, full-day course. The course will cover a mix of theory and practical applications that will allow you to decorate with confidence. Using a room in your own home as youre inspiration, we'll walk through the steps that will take it from good to great. You will learn how to define your style, plan your space, choose colours confidently, select the appropriate finishes and light it up for all to see. Class size is limited so you will have the opportunity for one-on-one time to have your questions answered by a professional interior decorator. Please check calendar for availability. Bookings of six students or more for individual classes can choose their own date (subject to availability).
